Jimmy Wahlsteen made his name being one of Sweden’s busiest session guitarists with numerous TV shows and international tours on his résumé.
His debut instrumental solo album is released on U.S. based Candyrat Records.
“181st songs” is a pop inspired multitrack recorded album with the acoustic guitar in focus. Jimmy uses innovative open tunings and percussive techniques showcased in his popular videos on the Candyrat YouTube channel. With total views of over the half million mark combined for all his videos in only 4 months, his own YouTube channel was awarded the “most viewed award” for the month of November, 2009.

Touring in support of his debut, he will be performing throughout Scandinavia, Germany, the UK, Canada and the United States in 2010.
Jimmy is based in Stockholm Sweden. He records all his material in his studio in central Stockholm.
